Funny thing is that I forgot it was the super bowl today until I saw, like, one tweet on my twitter. Which is funny because in past years you'd see hundreds of promos for the super bowl and it would be all anyone would talk about. Not so much this year. The only reason I like it, honestly, is because of all of the snacks I get that day. Can you say chicken wings?
So I'll give you the rundown of my day: I skyped with my Dad today, which is always cool to do while he's gone. Being able to catch up with him a little bit about the things that happen when we're at school is always fun to do. The excitement about being able to tell him everythig that had been going on as well as talking about the classes we're going to take is always exciting to think about. Then my sisters and I started to talk about what we would do after college, get a job or go into other years of school. It's exciting and scary to think about, especially knowing it may be one of the first times we'll be split up. But that's something I'm not going to think about anytime soon. And we basically did that all day while watching the Puppy Bowl (who doesn't like the Puppy Bowl) and then made plans that all four of us would get the same type of dog so we can each put bandanas around them to differentiate them. We already have the names picked out, just need the dogs now, haha. In fact, I have three names picked out just in case some don't work out, though we all have our own dibsed so no one else can have them. And we take the rule of 'dibs' very seriously. Then we talked about the new tattoo that we want to get. This is one we've had planned for a while but haven't decided on the actual design yet. Those that we've told the idea love it just as much as what we've done with our decorative robes for school. I'm still trying to decide if I want to extend the one I already have or put the new tattoo in the place that the extension would go. Who knows? Whenever I get it done, I'll definitely put up pics about them. Then it was time for the Super Bowl. If anyone knows me, they know I don't watch the super bowl that often (only for the commercials and when I watch a game I barely know what's going on anyway) and am only excited for the food. Yes, I'm admitting it. I'm a Super Bowl Food mongrel. I guess that's what you'd call it. I prefer the snakcs I can get during the game rather than watching the game itself. What can I say? I love food. And, like I've said before, I don't get whalf of what's happening during the game anyway. I even had my Dad explain over the phone what a safety was during the game, but that's netiher here nor there. I hope everyone enjoys thier superbowl sunday and that they continue to enjo
