Customer service really drives me up the wall sometimes. Long story short, our book would have been up for paperback on amazon on the 14th if it wasn't for a bug on the CreateSpace site/a problem on their end, saying our cover wasn't working. This was, the first time we had uploaded it (then needed to change something in the interior file) the site said it was fine.
Cue almost a week later and me so angry and frustrated having to call customer service seven times as they kept rejecting our cover and saying it was our fault. Long story short, I had them on the line for over a half hour the last time, telling them that the problem was theirs, not ours. Went in circles about five times with one guy, talked to their supervisor for ten, and had the cover approved in the next hour.
And after that I treated myself to a giant bowl of ice cream. So my moral of the story is, don't get between me, my writing, publishing, and knowing when I'm right about something because (puts on sunglasses) you're going to be proven wrong, no matter how long it takes.
